Limited 10-Year Warranty

Thank you for choosing a Dominion Furnitures mattress. Our Cannabeds, COOLTouch, and NaturaLUXE mattress collections are manufactured using premium materials and quality craftsmanship designed to provide years of comfort and support.

This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is valid for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, including:

  • Visible body impressions or sagging greater than 1.5 inches (3.81 cm) that are not associated with an improper foundation or support system
  • Broken or defective coils or spring systems
  • Cracking or splitting of foam materials under normal use
  • Defects in mattress assembly, stitching, or manufacturing workmanship

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Dominion Furnitures may repair or replace the mattress at its discretion.

Proper Support Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, your mattress must be used on a proper, structurally sound support system, including:

  • A supportive platform bed
  • An approved box spring or foundation
  • A metal bed frame with adequate center support for queen and king sizes
  • Slatted bases with slats spaced appropriately to prevent mattress damage

Improper support may result in mattress damage and void this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal increases in softness or comfort preference changes over time
  • Normal body impressions less than 1.5 inches (3.81 cm)
  • Comfort preference issues, including mattresses considered too firm or too soft
  • Damage caused by improper foundations, weak support systems, or slats spaced too far apart
  • Stains, burns, tears, cuts, rips, pet damage, or abuse
  • Mold, mildew, or moisture-related damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unsanitary conditions
  • Transportation, moving, or handling costs unless otherwise required by law

Mattresses that are stained, heavily soiled, or physically damaged are not eligible for warranty evaluation.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Dominion Furnitures reserves the right to inspect the mattress or request photographs prior to approving any warranty service.

Replacement or repaired mattresses do not extend the original warranty period..

Care Recommendations

To help extend the life of your mattress:

  • Use a mattress protector at all times
  • Rotate the mattress regularly if applicable
  • Ensure proper support and center bracing
  • Avoid standing or jumping on the mattress
