Why Are Our Mattresses Better Priced Than Major Brands?

At first glance, many customers assume a higher mattress price automatically means higher quality. In reality, much of what you pay for with major mattress brands has little to do with the mattress itself.

Brands like Sealy, Serta, and Tempur-Pedic® operate massive corporate infrastructures with thousands, and in some cases tens of thousands, of employees worldwide. These companies maintain large marketing departments, nationwide sales networks, layers of management, extensive warehousing systems, and costly advertising campaigns. Those expenses are built into the price of every mattress sold.

We chose a different approach.

Instead of building a massive corporate structure, we partner with highly specialized mattress manufacturers with more than 20 years of industry experience. Our lean Canadian-based operation has a small, efficient team of approximately 50 employees across Canada. Lower overhead means we can invest more directly into the mattress itself,  not expensive advertising, oversized administration, or warehousing.

Better Materials. Smarter Manufacturing.

We use:

  • Certified premium foams
  • Canadian-made steel spring systems
  • High-quality components designed for durability and comfort

Unlike many low-cost imported mattresses, we do not use inexpensive imported Chinese spring systems commonly found in budget bedding products.

Every mattress is built using a modern just-in-time manufacturing process. That means your mattress is produced when you order it — not pulled from a warehouse where it may have been sitting for months.

Most orders are:

  • Ready to ship within 24–48 hours
  • Full container orders prepared within 3–5 days

This efficient manufacturing model dramatically reduces storage costs and waste, allowing us to pass those savings directly to our customers.

Freshly Made — Not Warehouse Aged

One of the biggest differences between our mattresses and many online mattress brands is freshness.

Many boxed mattresses sold online,  especially imported products, may remain compressed in packaging for months, sometimes even half a year or longer before reaching your home. Extended compression can negatively affect foam recovery, comfort, and long-term performance.

We do things differently.

We offer customers two options:

  • Ship your mattress full-size
  • Or choose convenient compressed-in-box shipping

Even when compressed for overseas shipping to places like Bermuda, our mattresses are typically compressed for only 1–2 weeks, one of the shortest compression periods in the industry.

That means your mattress arrives fresher, recovers properly, and performs the way it was designed to.

Faster Innovation. More Personalization.

Large mattress corporations can take months, sometimes years, to introduce new models due to corporate approvals and complex distribution systems.

Because our manufacturing is agile and specialized, we can develop and launch new mattress models within days, not years. This allows us to respond quickly to customer feedback, comfort trends, and new sleep technologies.

Most importantly, everything we do is centered around customization and personalized service.

You are not buying from a giant corporation.

You are buying from a company focused on delivering exceptional quality, better value, fresher manufacturing, and a more personal customer experience.
